Maid Services

TSPME's Maid Services are on-hand to assist you with all aspects of your property interior cleaning. Whether you require a basic airing service or a more thorough clean and changeover service we are here to help you. We will ensure that your property is cleaned from top to bottom to the highest standards before or after every visit and can even incorporate a 'between visit's clean' to guarantee that your property is ready when you are.

Depending on how often your property is occupied we are able to offer a full range of cleaning options including the choice of a ‘mid holiday clean’ to ensure that you or your guests have a clean, tidy and stress free vacation.

Pre Arrival Clean

Before you or your guests arrive we will:

Open all windows to air while cleaning the property.
Open and secure the shutters (if fitted).
Switch on the electric fuse box, fridge, freezer, water heater and test to ensure that they are working correctly.
Vacuum and mop all floors. (Please note that no heavy items of furniture or beds can be moved by our maids due to new health and safety rules and regulations).
Dust all furniture and shelves. Any excessive dusting due to a large number of ornaments may be subject to an additional charge.
Clean the kitchen floor, worktops, outside of cupboard cabinets and the exterior of appliances. This would include crockery, cutlery and glasses including the inside of the kitchen cupboards. TSPME will provide 1 x kitchen roll per property.
Clean and disinfect the bathrooms.
Place towels in the bathrooms (if provided by the owner).
TSPME will provide 2 x toilet rolls per property.
Clean terrace(s) tiles but not the BBQ. BBQ cleaning is subject to an additional charge.
Clean terrace furniture and place on the terrace(s). All outside furniture is placed outside at the owner risk.
Make up the beds.

Mid Holiday Clean

Mid way through the holiday we will:

Change linen and towels and make up beds (if requested). Laundering of linen and towels is subject to an additional charge.
Empty rubbish bins and re-line bins.
Vacuum and mop all floors. (Please note that no heavy items of furniture or beds can be moved by our maids due to new health and safety rules and regulations).
Dust all furniture and shelves. Any excessive dusting due to a large number of ornaments may be subject to an additional charge.
Clean the kitchen floor, worktops, outside of cupboard cabinets and the exterior of appliances. A minor amount of washing up will be carried out but excessive amounts will be subject to an additional charge.
Clean and disinfect the bathrooms.
Wipe over the terrace furniture and sweep the terrace(s) tiles. No cleaning of the BBQ is included.

Changeover clean

Once you or your guests have vacated the property we will:

Open all windows to air while cleaning the property.
Open and secure the shutters (if fitted).
Remove all rubbish and ‘forgotten’ items. Rubbish will be thrown away and the owner will be notified of any ‘forgotten’ items.
Vacuum and mop all floors. (It should be noted that no heavy items of furniture or beds can be moved by our maids due to new health and safety rules and regulations.)
Dust all furniture and shelves. Any excessive dusting due to a large number of ornaments may be subject to an additional charge.
Empty all rubbish and food items from kitchen including the fridge and freezer.
Empty and re-line the waste bins.
Clean the kitchen floor, worktops, outside of cupboard cabinets and the exterior of appliances. This would include crockery, cutlery, glasses and the inside of kitchen cupboards. A minor amount of washing up will be carried out but excessive amounts will be subject to an additional charge. Replace 1 x kitchen roll per property.
Clean the oven, hob, toasters, kettles and wall tiles / kitchen floors will be vacuumed and mopped. (Please note that no heavy items of furniture or beds can be moved by our maids due to new health and safety rules and regulations).
Clean and disinfect the bathrooms.
Place fresh towels in the bathrooms (if provided by the owner).
Replace 2 x toilet rolls per property.
Make up the beds.
Clean the terrace(s) tiles and BBQ.
Clean terrace furniture and place on the terrace(s). All outside furniture is placed outside at the owner risk.
Ensure all appliances are working and property left secure.
